Delivery and Returns

We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 working days from receipt of payment on orders received before 1300 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

We currently only deliver to UK addresses, sorry for any inconvenience.

In the unlikely event that any of our goods fail to meet the expected standard. Please contact our customer services team either by phone (01827) 895204 or email and we will arrange for collection and/or exchange.

Most of our goods are not subject to VAT however if this should change it will be clearly stated online, Postage & Packaging, however, is subject to VAT. Please ensure that your postcode is accurate as our couriers will use this to identify your exact location.

Claims in respect of loss, damage or short delivery cannot be accepted unless made within two days of receipt of the goods. All deliveries must be marked accordingly on the delivery note and Ltd should be advised at once of the discrepancies.

We at Getting Dirty Ltd respect the privacy of our customers and will never pass on any personal information you provide to any other companies or organisations.
